DAY 9–SEA DAY #7

Day 9 was another sea day.  We pretty much did the usual.  Slept late.  Skipped breakfast.  Chatted with new friends at lunch.  Hit happy hour.  Decided to skip the dining room and eat at the Lido, where we ran into Victor and Hollie.  Well Victor and Hollie had told a server how much they love Filipino food and the server relayed this to a Filipino chef in the kitchen. The next thing you know, there is a small parade of people brining us Filipino dishes.  Spicy soup, fried pork with some delicious dipping sauce, pancit and rice!  Photos below.  We were being treated as royalty.  You never know what is going to happen on any given night on a cruise.  Sunday was the first of 2 consecutive nights where we lost another hour.  So, we did not hit the bars and were back in the cabin by 10 pm.  Living large was starting to catch up to us.
